She developed the Winter One-Act program, an original play written by upper level Theatre Studies, and performed by freshmen and sophomores. She has trained students to compete and win numbers awards at the Annual NJ State Thespian Festival for several years.

Ms. Bauer graduated Summa Cum Laude from Muhlenberg College in 2010, majoring in Theatre and English, with a minor in Creative Writing. She went on to receive her Master's Degree from New York University in Dramatic Literature, with a focus in Irish Drama. Some of her favorite plays and musicals that she has directed are: Our Town (2011), The Crucible (2012), Les Miserables (2013), Titanic (2014), and Ragtime (2016).
