Mr. Loia was named principal of Morris Catholic in 2013. “I have truly found a home in this wonderful community. These are great students, faculty, and families. My leadership role leaves me humbled and grateful.” Prior to Morris Catholic, Mr. Loia was the Headmaster of Subiaco Academy in Arkansas, a Guidance Counselor at Delbarton School, and Head of the Middle School at St. Anselm’s Abbey School. Mr. Loia has a Master’s degree from Loyola University of Maryland in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Notre Dame. His daughter, Bernadette, graduated from Morris Catholic in June of 2017. He and his wife, Betty, are the parents of six children and reside in Morris Plains. Rob enjoys making wine, camping, playing guitar, gardening, speaking Italian, and drinking coffee with his wife. He is a lifelong Yankees fan.
