About the Team
The Morris Catholic Boys' Lacrosse team is designed for athletes of all experience levels. Our boys develop their skills for the game and cultivate those skills for success in their future as athletes and students. 
 
Lucas Kaylin is a returning captain and he will be matched up with our opponents best player .  In goal we have Aldino Guadagino . He had a fine sophomore season receiving most improved player as well as 2nd team all Independence league.  
We look to improve in all areas next spring and are looking forward to competing.

About the Coaches
 
Andrew DeCicco, Varsity Head Coach
Mr. DeCicco grew up in Maplewood, New Jersey and attended Columbia High School He began playing lacrosse in eighth grade and was a three year starter on Varsity for his high school. He was captain for two years, leading scorer, as well as First Team All-State Junior year and All-American Senior year (1986). Mr. DeCicco finished second in scoring for (public schools) Senior year and went on to attend Rutgers University on a full scholarship.
 
As a four year starter at Rutgers, he was leading scorer as a Junior and All-American and captain his Senior year. In the fifth game of his Senior year, I suffered a season ending knee injury. At that time Rutgers lacrosse was ranked 3rd in the nation and Mr. DeCicco was tied for the leading scorers in the nation (1990). He was then drafted at the number one pick for the Philadelphia Wings professional indoor lacrosse league and was traded after two seasons to the New York Saints where he played for two more seasons.

Mr. DeCicco was named to the Columbia High School Hall of Fame in 2001 and the New Jersey Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2003.
 
Cody Katzenberger, Assistant Varsity Coach
Lacrosse has always been an influential and important part of Coach Katzenberger's life. He began playing at age eight. He was a three year starter at Vernon Township High School. Upon graduation, he continued his playing career at Castletown University (DIII) where he played for two years. Due to injury his career was cut short. He is now entering into his 3rd season with MC and is always looking forward to another competitive, fun, and safe lacrosse season.
