Financial Aid
If you would like to be considered for tuition assistance for the Academic Year 2026-2027, please complete a FACTS Grant & Aid Application form online at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3K8N6. You will be required to upload supporting tax documents and W-2 statements directly to FACTS. Completing this application will enable you to be considered for tuition assistance from both Morris Catholic High School and the Tri-County Scholarship Fund.
EARLY NOTIFICATION vs. REGULAR NOTIFICATION
Early Notification: Morris Catholic offers Early Notification to families of incoming freshmen, so you will know whether you qualify for tuition assistance before registration in February 2026. We strongly urge incoming freshmen families to apply for Early Notification. To receive Early Notification, you must submit the online tuition assistance application, a non-refundable $40 application fee, and all supporting 2024 tax documents (2024 taxes and 2024 W-2 statements) by December 31, 2025. You will then be required to submit your 2025 W-2 statements as soon as they become available, but no later than January 31, 2026. PLEASE NOTE: The FACTS application will not request your 2025 W-2 statements, but the Tri-County Scholarship Fund requires them. If you do not submit your 2025 W-2 statements, you will not be considered for possible assistance by Tri-County. Tri-County sends their notifications out separately, at a later date, so you will not know your tuition assistance status from Tri-County until after registration. Those awarded a Tri-County Freedom scholarship will be required to submit a personal statement to Tri-County. Participation in other events will also be considered mandatory. Please see the Tri-County website for more information.
Regular Notification: If you miss the December 31, 2025 deadline, you may still apply for tuition assistance, but you may not receive your tuition assistance notification from Morris Catholic until after registration. The final deadline for receipt of a “verified” application, $40 application fee, and ALL supporting documents is February 15, 2026. This is a strict deadline. Since it can take up to two weeks for FACTS to “verify” your application once completed, we strongly encourage you to submit your application well in advance of this date. Only complete, verified applications are accepted. If you miss this deadline, you may not be considered for tuition assistance by the Tri-County Scholarship Fund.
Regular Notification applicants need to submit their 2024 tax documents and 2025 W-2 statements. You do not need to wait for your 2025 W-2 statements to become available to submit your application. You should complete the application and submit it with your 2024 tax documents. Then, when your 2025 W-2 statements become available, you should submit them separately, but no later than February 1, 2026.
If you qualify, a separate notification will be mailed from Tri-County.
Important: After you apply for tuition assistance, please check for emails from FACTS. They will email you if you are missing information or documents. It is your responsibility to confirm they have received all the materials they need to “verify” your application before the deadline of February 15, 2026.
If you have any questions concerning completion of the application, please contact FACTS directly by phone (866-315-9262) or via e-mail: info@factstuitionaid.com. Supporting tax documents and W-2 statements must be in PDF format and uploaded to the FACTS system. Documents may not be sent via email, fax, or mail. An application for tuition assistance is required each year.
Please Note: Morris Catholic does its best to help those who are in the most need of tuition assistance but it is essential that students receiving this aid maintain the minimum academic standard. Please be aware that your tuition assistance could be in jeopardy should your student fall below this minimum standard.
