Coach Ziakas has been the Head Crusaders Softball Coach since 2009. During his leadership, the MC Softball Team captured the 2011 Non-public B North State Championship. As a baseball player, Coach Ziakas was a 4 year starter and senior year co-captain at Wheaton College (MA). His team advanced to the NCAA tournament 3 of his 4 years as a player. Their team ranked as high as 7th in the nation. Coach Ziakas continues to rank among the leaders at Wheaton in career games played, hits, runs, stolen bases and fielding percentage. He is the co-owner/head instructor of RBI's Baseball Softball Facility in Randolph.

Coach Ziakas is joined by assistant coaches, Lisa DeCorso (also the MC head cheerleading coach) and Mike Nicosia.
